As has been the case for the past three years, getting the blog off the ground has been a chore. Thanks to my daughter Samantha and the design team of Beitler, Beitler & Beitler (you can never have enough opinions when it comes to design!) we finally have an image that would stick.
I still have packing to do. Still have some last-minute purchases to make. But my bike has been packed and sent to the hotel in Indianapolis, so the wait begins for the big day.
I've been in contact with Michelle, the ride leader, as she and the crew are getting closer to Indianapolis and their much deserved rest day. I'll catch up with them for dinner Monday night.
Off to buy supplies.
